I realize the "story" isn't integral to the porn, but someone could have at least made an effort to do some background work. The chest X-ray is backwards, the "tumor" is the cardiac silhouette (totally normal finding), and you cannot possibly diagnose a nutritional deficiency with a chest X-ray. The lungs appear clear, so at least that was right. Ah well, the fucking was enjoyable at least.
